RIGHTS TO ARTWORK AND IMAGES OF ARTWORK:

All artwork and images of artwork, other images, graphics, and logos, are the sole property of Karen Lane and may not be used by any third party without written permission.  

Copying or reproducing artwork created by Karen Lane is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist.  

All rights to the image of all artwork are retained by Karen Lane/Karen Lane Studio including the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings.   Images of the artwork may be used with written permission by the artist, and must be accompanied by attribution (name of artist / title of painting).

Karen Lane/Karen Lane Studio retains the right to make reproductions of any/all artwork created by Karen Lane, including sold & commissioned original paintings.
